Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:08 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
788,205.83, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/123: Authorizing an agreement with Masciel Development Company in the
amount of $129,500 to construct two condominium units on Housing Authority
property located at 707 East Wilhelmina Street.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:09 a.m.)
