Chairman Pro Tem called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 10:10 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held October 28, 1986. Authority Member Overholt seconded the
motion. Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$783,309.40 and $3,246.28 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance
with the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CAI.~.NDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/123: Authorizing an agreement with Erectco Inc. in the amount of
$451,908 to construct six condominiums at 1015, 1018 and 1022 North Patt
Street.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
The November 18, 1986 Housing Authority Meeting will start at 11:00 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION
