Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:06 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held February 5, 1985. Authority Member Overholt seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,262.03, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following action was authorized in accordance
with the report and recommendation furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/157: Approving the Request for Bid for the Patt Street/Wilhelmina
Street Affordable Condominium Project, Contract H.A. 85-1; bids to be opened
March 28, 1985, 2:00 p.m.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Authority Member Bay
