Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING: Norman J. Priest ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF REDEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 9:59 a.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held February 26, 1985. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of ~"1,~8'7.43, in accordance with the 19~-85' Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA85-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. 1. 177/109: RESOLUTION NO. ARA85-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS. (Authorizing an application to the Department of Housing and Community Development of the State for a grant in the total amount of 345,000 with Agency matching funds, to operate a Senior Citizens' Shared Housing Program; and authorizing the Executive Director to submit said application to the State) Roll Call Vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Pickler and Roth AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt The Mayor declared Resolution No. AHA85-3 duly passed and adopted. CITY SURPLUS SITE - 2920 EAST LINCOLN AVENUE: Mr. Norm Priest, Director of Community Development and Planning, 'briefe"d his memorandum dated March 7, 1985 which discussed the reason for his recommendation that the Housing Authority relinquish its interest in acquiring the subject surplus land. 85-10
