Chairman Pro Tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 10:13 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 9, 1985. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,804.88 and $83.60 for Public Housing Authority, in accordance with the
1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/118: Rejecting a claim filed against the Authority.
a. Claim submitted by AIlan and Patricia Lewis for property damage
sustained purportedly due to actions of the City commencing on or about July,
1983.
2. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated March 31,
1985.
End of Consent Calendar. Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Authority Member Bay
seconded the motion. Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
