Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:67 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held on May 28 and June 4, 1985. Authority Member Bay seconded the
motion. Authority Members Pickler and Overholt were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,391.07, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution
Nos. AHA85-9 and 10 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
May 31, 1985.
2. 177.174: RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF
THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
3. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-10: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING NEW PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER
PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF498 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION.
