Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:12 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,438.45 and $83.60 for the Public Housing Authority, in accordance with the
1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
June 30, 1985.
End of Consent Calendar. Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
Authority Member Kaywood moved to recess to 1:30 p.m. Authority Member
Pickler seconded the motion. Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION
CARRIED. (10:13 a.m.)
AFTER RECESS: Chairman Roth reconvened the Anaheim Housing Authority, all
Authority Members being present with the exception of Authority Member Bay.

137: ISSUANCE OF HOUSING AUTHORITY REVENUE BONDS: Councilman Pickler offered
Resolution No. AHA85-12 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-12: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
VARIABLE RATE DEMAND MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS, 1985 SERIES A (HARBOR
CLIFF PROJECT), AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INDENTURE OF
TRUST, LOAN AGREEMENT, REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
COVENANTS, REMARKETING AGREEMENT, INTERCREDITOR AGREEMENT, OFFICIAL STATEMENT
AND BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AND
APPROVING OTHER RELATED DOCUMENTS AND APPROVING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS IN
CONNECTION THEREWITH.
