Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at (11:41) a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held July 9 and July 16, 1985. Authority Member Bay abstained on the
minu[e~ of July 16, 1985 since he was not present at that meeting. Authority
Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$4,193.60, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123 Authorizing an Administration agreement with Lincoln Woods,
Limited, and Orange County Housing Authority, to provide for participation in
the Multifamily Revenue Bonds in the amount of 33,040,766, for affordable
housing units to be located at 1235 East Lincoln Avenue.
End of Consent Calendar. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Authority Member Bay
seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
