Priest ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 10:05 a.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held October 1, 1985. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of ~2,454.35, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved. 177/137: Authority Member Overholt offered Resolution No. AHA85-18 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-18: A RESOLUTION OF INDUCEMENT OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROJECTS AND RELATED FACILITIES. (Authorizing a Resolution of Inducement of the Authority relating to the Issuance of Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $48,500,000, for the purpose of financing the acquisition and construction of various multifamily residential rental projects and related facilities by Calmark Heritage Park/Anaheim III, Ltd., Vintage Apartments (Pacesetter Homes, Inc. and C. K. Knickerbocker, American Orangewood, Ltd., Meadowbrook Village, and Anaheim Village) Roll Call Vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay, Pickler, Overholt and Roth AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA85-18 duly passed and adopted.
