Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/PLANNING: Norman J. Priest ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 10:04 a.m. MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held November 12, 1985. Authority Member Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $2,628.40 and $30.33 Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177: Adopting a revised Housing Authority Administrative Plan regarding implementation procedures for Section 8 Existing, Rental Rehabilitation Grant and Voucher Programs. End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED. 105: REQUEST FOR HOUSING COMMISSION LIAISON REPRESENTATIVE: Chairman Roth referred to memorandum dated November 6, 1985 from Norm Priest, Director of Community Development and Planning requesting a Liaison Committee from the Council to work with the Commission on various Housing issues as requested by that Commission. He (Roth) suggested that the Authority Members discuss the issue amongst themselves and if a Member wanted to volunteer they should inform Mr. Priest of that decision. Norm Priest, Director of Community Development and Planning, confirmed that it would be a Council Committee. ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Roth moved to adjourn.
