Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:07 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 26, 1985. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$684,734.46 and $154.01 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Approving the Housing Policy Report, 1986 Annual Policy Report for
Issuing Qualified Mortgage Obligations (EID applied for 12/2/85) as required
under Section 103A for submittal to the City Council.
Authority Member Bay reiterated his opposition to the use of Certificate of
Participation as a financing method.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Roth moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:08 a.m.)
