meeting. Authority Member Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

Chairman Roth reconvened the Housing Authority meeting. (10:3§ a.m.)
During the City Council meeting (December 17, 1985) the Council adopted
Resolution No. 85R-531 - transferring 1985 Private Activity Bond Limit in the
amount of $4,664,000 to the Housing Authority.

Resolution No. AHA85-21 for adoption, approving the issuance, sale and
delivery of Anaheim Housing Authority Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, 1985
Series B (Heritage Village Anaheim Project) in the amount of $9,325,000;
authorizing the execution and delivery of an Indenture of Trust to Security
Pacific National Trust Company, as Trustee; Loan Agreement and a Regulatory
Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with Calmark Heritage
Park/Anaheim II, Ltd, and Security Pacific National Trust Company as Trustee
dated December 1, 1985; Intercreditor Agreement with First Interstate Bank of
California; Offical Statement and Bond; Purchase Agreement with First
Interstate Bank of California; and authorizing the execution, delivery and
approval of other related documents and actions in connection therewith.

MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held December 3, 1985. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$3,061.50 and $1,800 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with the
1985-86 Budget, were approved.
