Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 29, 1983. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Overholt abstained, since he was not present at that
meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,299.01"fo~ the period ending December 23, 1983, and '$537,393.76 for the
period endin~ December 30, 1983, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were
approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Authority Member Kaywood offered Resolution No.
AHA84-1 for adoption, as recommended. Refer to Resolution Book.

AUTHORITY APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR A GRANT TO OPERATE A SENIOR
CITIZENS' SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM. (in the amount of $50,000)
