Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:04 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held April 10, 1984. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Members Overholt and Pickler abstained, since they were not present
at that meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$554,082.72, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following action was authorized in accordance
with the report and recommendation furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177/180: Authorizing payment to Rollins Burdick Hunter as Broker of
Record in the amount of $7,930 (consolidated fee for both Redevelopment and
Housing policies) for liability insurance coverage (owners, landlords, and
tenants insurance; comprehensive general liability insurance; and automobile
liability insurance) for the period July 1, 1983 through July 1, 1985. MOTION
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:05 a.m.)
