Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held April 17, April 24 and May 15, 1984. Authority Member Bay
seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,564.68 for the period ending July 13, 19'84, and $5,415.20 for the period
ending July 20, 1984, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority ~emb~r Pickier, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA84-5 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.174: RESOLUTION NO. AHA84-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF
THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974. (for 1,697 existing
housing units)
2. 177.174: Approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the City for the
Rental Rehabilitation Program Demonstration.
