Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:08 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held June 12, 1984. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Overholt abstained since he was not present at that meeting.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$551,628.06, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorizedin accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Roth offered
Resolution No. AHA84-8 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177/123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA84-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO.
SF-498(K) FOR THE MODERATE REHABILITATION PROGRAM.
177/123: Authorizing the Chairman to sign an Amendment to Section 0.3, Part
0, Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-498 for the existing
program.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:10 a.m.)
