Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:19 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$$3.00, in accordance with the i984-85 Budget, were approved.
177.123: MOTION: Authority Member Roth moved to reject the one proposal for
development of manufactured housing at 707 East Wilhelmtna and to authorize an
amendment to an agreement with Group II Associates, Inc., for
architectural/design services for fourteen "affordable" single-story family
condominium units in the Patt Street area, to redesign the project to include
two additional units on one additional site, in an amount totalling ~18,340.
Authority Member Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Kaywood moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Roth seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:19 A.M.)
