Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:01 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
'~3,248.35, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 177/106: Approving a budget amendment in the amount of ~159,615 for
FY 1984/85 to include 76 additional Section 8 units and costs of one
additional full-time Intermediate Clerk and one Housing Specialist.
2. 177/i74: Authorizing execution of a Housing Authority Certification of
Willingness to Participate with the City in the Rental Rehabilitation Grant
Program.
3. 177/123: Approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the City for the
2nd Round Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program in the amount of $172,000.
End of Consent Calendar. Authority Member Roth was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
