Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:07 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$900.22, in accordance with the 1984-85 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA84-9 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving the Executive Director's Report for November 1984.
2. 177/123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA84-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM REVISED MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF 498
INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-E104-013, 014AND 015 AND PROVIDING FOR THE
DEPOSIT OF MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.
