Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 10:06 a.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $498,833.59, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved. Executive Director of Community Development Norman Priest stated that the dramatic increase in financial demands was due to the fact that in the past, that figure had not reflected payments going out to tenants, but in the future, such payments would be reflected, instead of only administrative costs. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: Authority Member Roth offered Resolution No. AHA83-2 for adoption, in accordance with the report and recommendation furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Refer to Resolution Book. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA83-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE CALIFORNIA HOME OWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM NO. 80-CHAP-013. (State Department of Housing and Community Development, to extend the funding termination date to December 31, 1983, for the low- and moderate-income residents purchasing their units in the Brookhurst Village Condominium Conversion project) Roll Call Vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: AUTHORITY ~MBERS: Kaywood, Pickler, Overholt, Bay and Roth AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA83-2 duly passed and adopted.
