Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held February 15 and 22, 1983. Authority Member Bay seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,180.65, in'accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda; Authority Member Kaywood
offered Resolution No. AHA83-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. i77: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
February 28, 1983.
2. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA83-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY 'APPROVING A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND
UNION BANK AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY. (to deposit monies for computer
services for the State Aftercare Program)
