Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:06 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held March 29, April 5 and April 12, 1983. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
~"511,655.90, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda; Authority Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. AHA83-5 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.128: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
March 31, 1983.
2. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA83-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM REVISED MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498
ADDING PROJECT NUMBER CA16-E104-011 AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES
PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.
