Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:01 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held May 10, 1983. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$446.93, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following action was authorized in accordance
with the report and recommendation furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
i. 177.137: Authorizing payment to Rollins Burdick Hunter as Broker of
Record in the amount of $6,307 for the third installment of a three-year
policy for public officials errors and omissions insurance coverage.
Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
