Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:10 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held June 7, June 21 and June 28, 1983. Authority Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DE}lANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$8,618.42, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Overholt, the following items were approved in accordance
with the reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar; Authority Member Pickler offered
Resolution Nos. AHA83-9 and AHA83-10 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA83-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ~ENDb~NT NO. 1 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(K) (redistribution of units)
2. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA83-10: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AbiENDMENT NO. 1 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498 INCLUDING PROJECT NO. CA16-Ei04-Oll. (to
amend an error in listing number of units by bedroom size on the Annual
Contributions Contract)
3. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated June 30,
1983.
