Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:05 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 19, 1983. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,050.17, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123: Authorizing an agreement with Group II Associates, Inc., for
architectural/design services for fourteen "affordable" single-story family
condominium units in the Patt Street area.
Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURN~ENT: Authority Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Overholt seconded the motion. Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION
