Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:02 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held October 11 and October 18, 1983. Authority Member Roth seconded
the motion. Authority Members Overholt and Bay were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$528,404.34, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were approved.
Authority Member Overholt entered the Council Chambers. (10:03 a.m.)
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following action was authorized in accordance
with the report and recommendation furnished each Authority Member and ~s
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
September 30, 1983.
Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. Authority Member Bay was absent. MOTION
CARRIED. (10:03 a.m.)
