Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 9:57 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 15, 1983. Authority Member Bay seconded the motion.
Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,096.07, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177.123/174: Authorizing an agreement with the City for the transfer of
$255,000 of CDBG monies to be used as a loan to Cai-Anaheim, Inc., to fund 29
units in the proposed 94-unit senior citizen housing project at 950 South
Gilbert Street.
2. 177.123: Authorizing a development agreement with Cai-Anaheim, Inc., in
the amount of $255,000 to provide for a deferred loan for land cost for 29
units of the proposed 94-unit senior citizen housing project at 950 South
Gilbert Street.
Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Roth moved to adjourn. Authority Member Bay
seconded the motion. Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
