Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Elisa Stipkovich Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 2:07 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred until the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of ~45,269.34, in accordance with the 1981-82 Budget, were approved. 171.123: COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY (OCHA) AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT PROJECT: An agreement with the Orange County Housing Authority and the City in the amount of $4,052,700, to finance the construction of an apartment pro- ject to be located at the southwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Westchester, was submitted. Both the Executive Director of Community Development, Norman Priest, and Lisa Stipkovich, Housing Manager, answered questions posed by Mrs. Kaywood and Mr. Bay, clarifying that the project did not involve a special privilege that no other developer had been able to get, there were no significant variances given, the project would be built under the RM-1200 Code, it did not involve a density bonus, the same kind of agreement would be available to any builder who came in with Section 8 tandem financing, and this was one of only two projects that had been approved by HUD in Anaheim, and the City Council had previously authorized the project to be built in the City. Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. AHA82-2 for adoption, as recommended in memorandum dated March 3, 1982, from the Executive Director of Community Development. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO. AHA82-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO FINANCE AN APARTMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. 82-11 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY March 9, 1982, 1:00 P.M.
