Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:17 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
~8,230.55, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT DATED JUNE 30, 1982: Authority Member Pickler
moved to receive and file the Executive Director's report dated June 30, 1982,
as recommended in memorandum dated July 19, 1982, from the Executive Director
of Community Development, Norman Priest. Authority Member Bay seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
161.157: ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETED PATT STREET PILOT PROJECT (PATT STREET
VILLAS): Authority Member Pickier offered Resolution No. AHA82-5 for
adoption, accepting the completion of the Patt Street Pilot Project (Patt
Street Villas), Account No. 88-213-7105, Wilshire Diversified, Inc.,
contractor, and directing the Secretary to file a Notice of Completion, as
recommended in memorandum dated July 23, 1982, from the Executive Director of
Community Development. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA82-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES,
MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDING POWER,
FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PATT STREET PILOT PROJECT (PATT STREET VILLAS).

The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA82-5 duly passed and adopted.
MOTION: Authority Member Pickler moved to authorize the First Amendment to an
agreement with Wilshire Diversified, Inc., for construction of the Part Street
Pilot Project, to allow payment to the contractor at the time of the execution
of the Notice of Completion, as recommended in the Executive Director's
memorandum of July 23, 1982. Authority Member Roth seconded the motion.
