Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:21 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FIMANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
~61,032.68 and $199,900 for a one-time payment to Contractor on Patt Street
Pilot Project (Patt Street Villas), in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget,
were approved.
177.152: AMENDMENT TO AUTHORITY BY-LAWS: Following a clarification,
Authority Member Pickier offered Resolution No. AHA82-6 for adoption, amending
the By-Laws of the Authority, to change the time of meetings to 9:35 a.m.,
effective August 31, 1982. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA82-6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
CONCERNING REGULAR MEETING TIMES.
