Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 9:59 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held September 21 and 28, 1982. Authority Member Bay seconded the
motion. Authority Members Overholt and Roth abstained on the minutes of
September 21, 1982, since they were not present. Authority Member Bay
abstained on the minutes of September 28, 1982, since he was not present.
Authority Member Pickler was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$45,379.03 for the period ending October 15, 1982, $5,843.22 for the period
ending October 22, 1982, and $147.26 for the Public Housing Authority for the
period ending October 15, 1982, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were
approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Council
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda; Authority Member Kaywood
offered Resolution No. AHA82-9 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book:
1. 177.123: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
September 30, 1982.
2. 177: RESOLUTION NO. AHA82-9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY CONCERNING CLOSED SESSIONS. (Section 503 changing the terminology
of "Executive Sessions" to "Closed Sessions")
