Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 9:58 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY: There were no
financial demands to report for this period.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickier, seconded by
Authority Member Overholt, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports, certifications and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda; Authority Member Pickler
offered Resolution No. AHA82-13 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book:
1. 177.123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA82-13: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AGREEING TO COOPERATE WITH THE APARTMENT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
(certain requirements of the program, the Patrick Henry Area, as a condition
of HUD funding for thirty-six Section 8 existing units under said program)
2. 177.106: Approving the budget for thirty-four additional units under the
Section 8 Existing Apartment Improvement Program.
3. 177.106: Approving the budget for thirty-six additional units under the
Section 8 Existing Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration.

MOTION CARRIED. The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA82-13 duly passed and
adopted.
177.106: BUDGET APPROVAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL TEN UNITS UNDER THE SECTION 8
"EXISTING" PROGRAM: Sutmitted was a report from the Executive Director of
Community Development, Norman Priest, dated November 4, 1982, recommending
approval of the subject.
Mrs. Lisa Stipkovich, Housing Manager, first clarified questions posed by
Authority Member Kaywood on the requested approval.

MOTION: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the budget for ten
additional units of Section 8 Existing Housing, as recommended in staff report
dated November 4, 1982. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Roth moved to adjourn. Authority Member Bay
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (10:00 a.m.)
