Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 1:09 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$203.38, in accordance with the 1982-83 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. Approving the Part Street Villas purchase agreement in form and
authorizing the Chairman to execute all necessary documents for the sale
thereof, including, but not limited to, grant deeds.
Lisa Stipkovich, Housing Manager, noted one correction to the agreement, Item
16, Page 4, change to read, "The unit can only be leased or rented upon
written approval of the Anaheim Housing Authority."
2. Authorizing the Community Development Department to open a temporary
checking account in the name of the Patt Street Villas Homeowner's
Association, and designating the Chairman and Treasurer to sign ali documents
relating to the account.
Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Bay moved to adjourn. Authority Member Kaywood
seconded the motion. Authority Member Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
