Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Pro Tem Overholt called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:26 p.m. MINUTES Minutes of the regular meeting held March 17, 1981, were approved on motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth. Authority Members Bay and Seymour were absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $321.47, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved. 177: AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART I - HUD SECTION 8 "EXISTING" HOUSING PROGRAM Mr. Priest briefly reported on Amended Annual Contributions Contract for HUD Section 8 "Existing" Housing for the inclusion of fifty -one additional units, application for which had been approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kay - wood offered Resolution No. AHA81 -5 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION NO, AHA81 -5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART I FOR EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM INCLUD- ING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16- E104-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006 AND 007 PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF SAID PART I INTO MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF -498, AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.
