Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:52 p.m.
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$286,208.32, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved.
177: AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA - SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE
PAYMENTS CONTRACT NO. 80 -HAP -043 The Executive Director briefly
reported on a proposed resolution approving a contract with the State
of California, providing for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments
Contract No. 80 -HAP -043, for implementation of the State Aftercare
Program for a five -year program.
Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. AHA81 -10 for adoption, approving the
contract with the State of California, as recommended by the Executive
Director. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA81. -10 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR SECTION
8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT NO. 80 -HAP -043 AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO ENTER INTO SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF
OF THE AUTHORITY. (Terminating March 29, 1986; $127,488 per fiscal year)

177.123: GENERAL DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT, SECURITY PACIFIC BANK Mr. Priest
briefly outlined his recommendation that the Housing Authority approve
the execution of a General Depository Agreement between the Authority and
Security Pacific Bank in connection with implementation of State Housing
and Community Development Contract No. 80 -HAP -043.
In response to questions by Mr. Seymour, the City Manager reported that
relationships such as with Security Pacific Bank, the depository for
the Housing Authority, are generally reviewed every three years.
Mr. Overholt offered Resolution No. AHA81 -11 for adoption, authorizing
agreement with Security Pacific Bank, as recommended by the Executive
Director. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA81 -11 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING A GENERAL DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND
SECURITY PACIFIC BANK AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY. (State Contract
No. 80 -HAP -043)
