Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:48 p.m. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $573.12, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved. 177.174: SECTION 8 MODERATE REHABILITATION HOUSI PROGRAM - ADDITIONAL UNITS BUDGET In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt moved that the budget submitted for an additional 67 units of Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Housing, approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in the amount of $377,532, be approved. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 177.174: SECTION 8 "EXISTING" HOUSING PROGRAM - ADDIT UNITS BUDGET Upon report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved that the budget submitted for an additional 121 units of Section 8 "Existing" Housing, approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Develop- ment (HUD), in the amount of $587,136, be approved. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 177.174: SEC TION 8 "EXISTING AFTERCARE" HOUSING PROGRAM - ADDITIONAL UNITS BUDGET In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that the budget submitted for an additional 34 units of Section 8 "Existing Aftercare" Housing, approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), in the amount of $127,488, be approved. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 177.158: AGREEMENT - MARY SALAZAR, ET AL Pursuant to report and recom- mendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved that an agreement with Mary Salazar and All Parties,terminating a 15 -foot wide private easement and mutual access rights between Lot No. 13 on the north, and Lot Nos. 10, 11 and 12 on the south, of the Schaffer - Oswald subdivision, granting access to and the use thereof for ingress and egress to and from La Palma Avenue and Patt Street in connection with the Patt Street Pilot Project (Wilshire Diversified, Inc.), be authorized. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 81 -47 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, SEPTEMBER 8, 1981, 1:00 P.M. 177.123: AGREEMENT - GOODE AND KIERNAN In accordance with recommenda- tion by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt moved that an agreement with Goode and Kiernan, Accountants, be authorized in the amount of $6,800 to conduct the 1980 -81 biennial audit for the Housing Authority. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn.
