Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 1:18 p.m.
MINUTES: Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held
December 15, 1981. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $1,658.48,
in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.

TIONS CONTRACT FOR SECTION 8 MODERATE
BILITATION PROGRAM: Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA81 -13 for adoption,
authorizing execution of Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual
Contributions Contract, Part I, for Moderate Rehabilitation Program, including
Project No. CA16 -K104 -003, providing for the incorporation of said Part I into
Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract SF -498, and providing for the
deposit of monies pursuant to a General Depositary Agreement; term of contract
to be five years, as recommended in memorandum dated December 15, 1981 from the
Executive Director Norm Priest. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA81 -13: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS

K104 -003 PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF SAID PART I INTO MASTER SECTION 8

PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.

of Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions Contract,
Part I, for Existing Housing Program, including Project Nos. CA16 -E104 -001 through
008, providing for the incorporation of said Part I into Master Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF -498, and providing for the deposit of monies pursuant
to a General Depositary Agreement; term of contract to be five years, as recommended
in memorandum dated December 9, 1981 from the Executive Director. Refer to Resolution
Book.

AND AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO JULY 30, 1982: Mr. Overholt moved to authorize an amendment to the agreement
with the State Department of Housing and Community Development for administration
of the Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program, extending both Standard
Agreement No. HRL -8 and Amendment No. 1 to July 30, 1982, as recommended in mem-
orandum dated December 16, 1981 from the Executive Director. Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
177: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - NOVEMBER 30 1981: On motion by Mr. Roth,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Executive Director's Report for the period ended
November 30, 1981 submitted under memorandum dated December 15, 1981 was ordered
received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION
