Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:45 p.m.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes
of the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meetings held April 28 and
May 5, 1981, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $928.72, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved,
177.137: PUBLIC OFFICIALS ERRORS AND OMISSIONS INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Pursuant to recommendations by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood
moved that Public Officials Errors and Omissions Insurance coverage for
Authority Members be authorized in the amount of $3,154 for the first
year premium. Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
177: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - APRIL 30~ 1981: On motion by
Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Executive Director's Report
covering Housing Authority activities for the period ending April 30,
1981, was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay
seconded the motion. MOTION C~RRIED.
