Chairman Pro Tem called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:28 P.M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the
Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting held May 19, 1981, were
approved. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$35,229.12, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
177: HOUSING ASSISTANCE PRIORITY LIST: Mr. Bay reported on his attend-
ance at a housing element workshop held May 28, 1981, by the City Planning
Commission and the Housing Commission. He noted that a number of Westwinds
Mobile Home Park residents were present and questioned the possibility of
obtaining some priority on the housing assistance list for them when they
are displaced by the conversion of the mobile home park property to
another use.
Mr. Priest advised that the issue had been placed on the Housing Commission
agenda for June 3, 1981; a specific report and recormuendation would then
be made to the Housing Authority.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the
motion. Mr. Sesrmour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
