Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:51 p.m.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs, Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of
the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting held December 30, 1980,
were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $380~52, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
17.7.118: REGULATIONS - CLAI~4S AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY:
In accordance with recormnendations by the City Attorney, Mrs. Kaywood
offered Resolution No. AHA81-1 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA81-1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS REGARDING CLAIMS FOR MONEY OR DAMAGES AGAINST
THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY.
