Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 1:14 p.m.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the regular
meetings held July 14, 21 and 28, and August 4 and 11, 1981, were approved.
Mr. Seymour abstained from voting on the minutes of July 14. Mr. Overholt was
absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $1,176.98,
in accordance with the 1981-82 Budget, were approved.
177.128: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT, PERIOD ENDING JULY 31, 1981: On motion by
Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, Executive Director's Report for the period
ending July 31, 1981, covering Housing activities, was ordered received and filed.
Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
177.123: DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - WILSHIRE DIVERSIFIED, INC.: In accordance
with recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved that Development
Agreement with Wilshire Diversified, Inc., in the amount of $199,900, for con-
struction of a 4-unit condominium residential project to be located at the
northeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Part Street, be authorized. Mr. Bay
seconded the motion. Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Housing
Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded the motion.
Mr. Overholt was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
