Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 1:19 p.m.
MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$16.95, in accordance with the 1981 -82 Budget, were approved.
177.123: AGREEMENT WITH STATE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT In accordance with recommendations by the Executive Director,
Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA81 -12 for adoption, authorizing an
agreement and other related documents with the State Department of Housing
and Community Development in the amount of $75,000 for participation in
the State Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Program for rental housing;
appropriating said amount for said purpose; and authorizing execution of
required documents to make and record each individual loan by the Executive
Director. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA81 -12 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A STANDARD AGREEMENT, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS
TO SECURE A DEFERRED PAYMENT LOAN FOR RENTAL HOUSING FROM THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.

Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. AHA81 -12 duly passed and adopted.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded the
motion. Mr. Bay was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
