Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:35 P.M. MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting held January 8, 1980, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the r amount of 100,600.80, in accordance with the 1979-80 Budget, were approved. 1//: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - DECEMBER 1979: In accordance with report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay moved that the Executive Director's Report, dated December 1979, be ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. 1//. 1.7 y: SCHEDULE OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES - PUB WORKS PROJECTS: In accordance with the recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. AHA80-2 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION N0. AHA80-2: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS. Roll call vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt, Kaywood, Bay, Roth and Seymour NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None "-- ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None Chairman Seymour declared Resolution No. AHA80-2 duly passed and adopted. 80-5 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY - JANUARY_15, 1980, 1:00 P.M. 177.123: SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS - ISSUANCE OF WESTLANDS BANK CHECKS FOR NON-ROUTINE PAYMENTS: Upon report and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved that the Chairman of the Anaheim Housing Authority be authorized to receive and acknowledge receipt of unsigned checks from Westlands Bank for the purpose of having staff prepare non-routine checks. Mr. Over- holt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion.
