Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:14 P.M. MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $969.55, in accordance with the 1979-80 Budget, were approved. 177.123: AGREEMENT WITH EL CAMINO BANK - DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNT: In accordance with recommendation by the Executive Director, Mr. Bay offered Resolution No. AHA80-3 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. RESOLUTION N0. AHA80-3: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTH- ORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE EL CAMINO BANK REGARDING THE DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS IN CONNECTION WITH A NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRAM AS PART OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SB966 DEFERRED PAYMENT LOAN PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT. FOR Pursuant to recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Over- holt offered Resolution No. AHA80-4 for adoption, authorizing application for 43 units to HUD, by way of the State of California Section 8 Aftercare Housing Assistance Program, Refer to Resolu- tion Book. RESOLUTION N0, AHA80-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUESTING DESIGNATION AS A LOCAL SPONSORING AGENCY TO PROVIDE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND APPROVING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR FORTY-THREE HOUSING UNITS.
