Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:24 P.M.
MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular
meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $28,593.36, in accordance with the 1979-SO Budget, were approved.
177.123: AGREEMENT - BROOKHURST VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, LTD:
In accordance with report and recommendation by the Executive Direc
Mr. Seymour offered Resolution No. AHA80-5 for adoption, authorizing
execution of an agreement with Brookhurst Village Development Partner-
ship Ltd., identifying rehabilitation work at a condominium conversion
at Brookhurst Village Apartment Complex, and establishing part of
said condominium conversion for low- and moderate-income housing.

RESOLUTION N0. AHA80-5: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BROOKHURST
VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, LTD., AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT,
