MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAI-AIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $321.82, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved, 177: E~CUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - JULY 3I 1980: On motion by Mr, Overholt, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Executive Director's Report dated July 31, 1980, reflecting Housing activities to date, were ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. 177: HOUSING AUTHORITY OCCUPANCY POLICY - MOBILE HOME SPACE RENTAL ASSISTANCE: Redevelopment Manager Susan Schick briefly summarized her report dated August 18, 1980, recommending that adoption of a preference for mobile home- owners in the Anaheim Housing Authority Occupancy Policy be adopted, and that 10% of the HIID Section 8 existing allocation be designated for mobile home space rental assistance. In response to question by Mr. Seymour, Housing Manager Lisa Stipkovich reported that the term "families" as used in the proposed third preference category would include widows and/or widowers, Ivlr. Seymour complimented the staff for their timely response to his recent request for possible priority for housing assistance to mobile homeowners. Mrs. Kaywood moved that a preference for mobile homeowners be approved and adopted in the Anaheim Housing Authority? Occupancy Policy, and that 10% of the Section 8 existing housing allocation be designated for mobile home space rental assistance, as recommended, Mr. Bay seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. 80-55 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY SEPTEMBER 2 1980 1:00 P M 177: HUD SECTION 8 "'EXISTING" HOUSING BUDGET: In accordance with recom- mendations by the Redevelopment Manager, Mrs. Kaywood moved that the budget for an additional 51 units of Section 8 "existing" housing be approved. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Dousing Authority, rlr. Roth moved to adjourn, Mr. Bay seconded the motion.
