Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:07 p. m.
MINUTES: On motion by tars. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes
of the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meetings held December 16 and
23, 1980, were approved.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$104.04, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
177.123: CALIFOKNIA I-IUSING FINANCE AGENCY LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGREEMENT:
The Executive Director briefed his report dated December 22, 1980,
recommending that the Housing Authority approve participation with the
City of Anaheim in the 1981 California Housing Finance Agency (CHFA)
Rental Housing Program.
In accordance with Mr. Priest's recommendations, Mr. Overholt moved that
participation with the City of Anaheim in the 1981 CHFA Rental Housing
Program be approved, and that the Chairman and Secretary be authorized to
execute Part III of the CHFA },o cal Government Agreement. Fir. Roth
seconded the motion, Mr. Seymour abstained. MO'T ION CARRIED.
AllJOURNMENT': There being no Iurther business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIEU.
