Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:15 P,M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, minutes of the
Anaheim I{ousing Authority regular meetings held October 28, November 12
and November 18, 1980, were approved. Mr. Seymour abstained from voting
on the November 12 minutes; Mr. Overholt abstained from voting on the
November 18 minutes. ;`•10TION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANUS AGAINST THE ANAI{E IM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$57,805.34, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.

117: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - OCTOBEK 31 1980: On motion by
Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Roth, the Executive Director's Report covering
Housing activities through October 31, 1980, was ordered received and

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Bay moved to adjourn, Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion, MOTION CARRIED.
