Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:18 P.M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt, minutes
of the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meetings held April 3 and 10,
1979, were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $4,567.80, in accordance with the 1978-79 Budget, were approved.
177: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - MARCH 31, 1979:
On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Executive
Director's Report for March, 1979, was ordered received and filed.
MOTION CARRIED.
177.123: DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT - WESTLANDS BANK~ HOUSING AUTHORITY
FUNDS: On report and recommendation by the Executive Director,
Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. AHA79-4 for adoption. Refer to Reso-
lution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA79-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WESTLANDS BANK
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
