CA16-0003-004. MOTION: On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Roth, the Anaheim Housing Authority approved the change of General Partners Interests as provided in Section 17 of the Agreement and Certificate of Limited Partnership for Village Center Apartments. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Over- holt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
